With fast and careful handling we ensure a minimum quality loss. Whether filleting or fast freezing large quantities, we never forget quality control of respect for fine food.
Processing activities at Fonn Egersund represent 65 man-years and an annual turnover of some NOK 140 million.
The company has available to it almost 10.000 m2 of production and storage facilities:
Freezing capacity is 400 tonn / day. Annually, over 20.000 tonn of fish and shellfish are processed.
Our quality assurance is according to NS ISO 9001.
